  1. How long are shipping times?

Your products will ship within two days of your order, and then take up to two weeks to reach your doorstep. 


  1. What's your return policy?

You have 15 days to make a return.  We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if it was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be given a store credit equal to your original payment. At this time we do not offer refunds.


  1. Can I cancel my order?

Cancelations are possible if you do not receive your package within the timeframe specified for each individual product. Sometimes orders get sent out before we can process the cancelation. So if you cancel your order but still receive the package, then please contact us to make a return.


  1. What happens if I receive the wrong item?

If there’s an issue with your order -- if it’s the wrong size, wrong color, defective, or otherwise not exactly what you wanted -- then simply notify us, and we’ll give you info on how to make a return.


  1. Do you offer exchanges?

We do not offer exchanges but you can return your item in unused condition and we will send you the new item as a new purchase.
